The purpose of group PCCR meetings in the classroom is to help 7th and 8th grade students understand the importance of their education now and how to use this time to prepare for college and career options available to them in the future. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

INDIVIDUAL<\/strong> PCCR meetings: <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Meeting between parent, student and counselor during 2nd semester<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

8th grade individual PCCR meetings assist students in making the transition to high school by helping them understand how they can use the high school years to prepare to meet their future college and career goals. A 4 year plan of potential high school classes is mapped out. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

PCCR Form <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Tracks credits and college and career interests and goals. Used to to create a 4 year plan of high school classes that will facilitate exploration of those interests and goals.<\/h4>\n\n\n
