Located at 555 West 400 South<\/strong> in Fillmore, the school is part of the Millard School District and has long been dedicated to fostering academic growth, social development, and community involvement among its students. Today it serves students from early childhood through the upper elementary grades, offering a nurturing environment where teachers and staff work closely with families to support every child\u2019s success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Historically, Fillmore Elementary<\/em> has evolved along with the community it serves. Earlier school buildings have stood on different sites in the city as educational needs and facilities grew over time. In the mid-20th century, an older elementary building, located near the Utah Territorial Statehouse, served local families for many years before a new modern facility was constructed in the southwest part of Fillmore and opened in 1979<\/strong>. At that time, supplies and operations were moved to the new building, and the old structure was subsequently demolished after a fire damaged its interior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Throughout its history, Fillmore Elementary has remained a vital part of the community, reflecting Fillmore\u2019s small-town character and its commitment to education. The school has been supported by active parent involvement through organizations such as the local PTA, and it continues to adapt and grow to meet the needs of its students.
