PCCR (Plan for College and Career Readiness) Form <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The counselor keeps a PCCR form on every student to track their plan for graduation and their future plan after high school. Parents and students have a PCCR meeting with the school counselor during the Freshman year to go over graduation requirements, high school educational options and opportunities, and post high school education\/training plans. A 4 year high school plan is established and the student and parents, as well as the counselor, retain a copy. This plan is revisited as needed. Just before the student’s senior year, another PCCR meeting between parents, students and the counselor is held to finalize high school and post high school plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El consejero mantiene un formulario PCCR en cada estudiante para realizar un seguimiento de su plan de graduaci\u00f3n y su plan futuro despu\u00e9s de la escuela secundaria. Los padres y los estudiantes tienen una reuni\u00f3n de PCCR con el consejero escolar durante el primer a\u00f1o para repasar los requisitos de graduaci\u00f3n, las opciones y oportunidades educativas de la escuela secundaria y los planes de educaci\u00f3n\/capacitaci\u00f3n posteriores a la escuela secundaria. Se establece un plan de escuela secundaria de 4 a\u00f1os y el estudiante y los padres, as\u00ed como el consejero, retienen una copia. Este plan se revisa seg\u00fan sea necesario.
