Tiered Supports for all Students
Within our tiered system of student supports, DMS strives to:
- Implement trauma informed practices to support student’s social/emotional/mental health
- Enlist restorative practices to assist students in improving their attendance, grades and behavior
- Help provide assistance with physical needs – as will the DMS Food and Clothing Pantry
DMS is dedicated to helping all students succeed and thrive in school by implementing tiered interventions, as needed, at 3 levels:
Tier 1 – Universal
Tier 2 – Targeted
Tier 3 – Intensive
