The Board of Education has established a hotline to provide an avenue for citizens, including district employees and contractors, to report improper governmental activities including: (1) waste or misuse of public funds, property, or manpower (2) violations of law, rule, or regulation applicable to the government (3) gross mismanagement (4) abuse of authority, and (5) unethical conduct. Live Scan Fingerprinting
Millard School District offers live scan fingerprinting. Scanning sites are located at the Millard School District Office (285 East 450 North in Delta) and Millard High School (200 West Eagle Drive in Fillmore). Contact Merrie Jo Smith for appointments or additional information (435)864-1032, Email Us. There will be a $20.00 fingerprinting fee, but no usage fees for school district employees.
